​The Angel Bakeries are Israel’s largest and leading bakeries. We own and operate five bakeries which produce 200 different types of breads, rolls, challahs and pita breads, as well as a dedicated facility for cakes and pastries.
Baguette
Au Pain Doré frozen demi-baguettes (manufactured by Bridor) are Kosher certified and designated as Pareve. They bear the MK symbol
Tortilla
Kosher Status: Fully kosher certified.
Halachic Feature: Specially formulated so that the primary blessing recited is Mezonot (Mezonos) instead of Hamotzi, provided they are eaten as a snack or outside of a full designated meal.
Chicken Breast
Shor Habor chicken and meat products are certified by Kashrus Lubavitch. Following a major transition, Shor Habor products processed at the AgriStar plant no longer hold the Crown Heights Kashrus (CHK) certification.
Chicken thighs
Shor Habor produces a popular line of certified Glatt Kosher poultry. Their products—which include whole fresh chickens, leg quarters, bone-in thighs, and pre-brined quartered packs—are raised and processed following strict kosher dietary laws
Burger bun
Crusters Brooklyn Bakehouse Burger Buns are widely recognized as certified Kosher and are typically sold frozen by kosher distributors.

Empire Kosher turkey thighs are strictly kosher certified by both the Orthodox Union (OU) and Rabbi Yechiel Babad (Tartikov Rav). They are farm-raised without antibiotics, soaked, and salted according to Kashrut practice, and are also Kosher for Passover.
