Shor Habor chicken and meat products are certified by Kashrus Lubavitch. Following a major transition, Shor Habor products processed at the AgriStar plant no longer hold the Crown Heights Kashrus (CHK) certification. 

Shor Habor produces a popular line of certified Glatt Kosher poultry. Their products—which include whole fresh chickens, leg quarters, bone-in thighs, and pre-brined quartered packs—are raised and processed following strict kosher dietary laws

Crusters Brooklyn Bakehouse Burger Buns are widely recognized as certified Kosher and are typically sold frozen by kosher distributors.

David Elliot shochatim work in-house and full-time. This unique arrangement fosters an atmosphere of teamwork and commitment, and ensures consistent kashrus and quality. Beyond their legendary skill, our shochatim are highly respected for their yiras shamayim and ehrlichkeit in the local Scranton community where they live.

Empire Kosher turkey thighs are strictly kosher certified by both the Orthodox Union (OU) and Rabbi Yechiel Babad (Tartikov Rav). They are farm-raised without antibiotics, soaked, and salted according to Kashrut practice, and are also Kosher for Passover.
